The nature of data and their treatment have been transmitted to the regulator and all necessary safety measures have been adopted in compliance with the law (D.P.R. July 28th  1999 no.318) for the storing of data. Data processing is carried out by AYT YACHTING & TOURS S.r.l., via Bergamina 34 - Nerviano. AYT YACHTING & TOURS S.r.l. shall employ the data received exclusively in its professional capacity. In compliance with art. 10 of the decree 675/1996, the processing of information provided by users in filling in the form, also through electronic means and information technology, is restricted to purposes of service requested. Within the form, no fields are compulsory; the processing does not concern sensitive data, and those not included will not be processed. As the form is solely aimed for the above mentioned purpose, its filling in stands for an agreement.
